Clinton's $ Memoirs $ Narcissistic Self-Indulgence

Clinton's Book 'My Life' Bill Clinton 'My Life'
Everything you could ever want in a best seller. Sex, conflict, intrigue... but most of all, a bad case of narcissistic self-indulgence and exploitation of his public (dis)service.

In a sprawling 957-page autobiography, former President Bill Clinton's book "My Life" is a painfully sordid affair (pun intended) about his personal flaws, while exhorting gleeful vindictiveness about what he calls the hypocrisy of his enemies, and blaming his trist with Monica Lewinsky on "old demons" that have haunted him all his life... New York Times.

Am I the only one bugged by all this? Doesn't this only confirm the public's belief that politicians are just a bunch of self-serving egoists? Talk about turning your pain into gain $$$. Only in America you say. Sorry Bill, but you're not getting any of my hard-earned dollars.

Then again, maybe I'm not the only one who is fed up with Bubba's fascination with himself. Perhaps MICHIKO KAKUTANI said it best... "Sloppy, self-indulgent and often eye-crossingly dull... the sound of one man prattling away, not for the reader, but for himself and some distant recording angel of history".

Frankly, I don't know where the man finds his gall.
