Canadian Election a Dead Heat

Frank MagazineI couldn't resist. In case you didn't know, there's a federal election going on in the Great White North.

The front runner is an old acquaintance of the Bloke's - namely Stephen Harper of the new and improved Conservative Party, formerly known as aka the Alliance and Reform Parties of Canada (last time I checked).
